Job summary

CROWN WORLDWIDE PTE LTD is seeking an EHS Officer to ensure compliance with WSH, fire safety, and regulatory requirements while fostering a proactive safety culture. The role covers risk assessment, incident investigation, contractor safety oversight, and emergency preparedness to maintain a safe workplace.

The successful candidate will hold WSHO and FSM certifications with 2–5 years of relevant experience, and will lead safety training and inspections across operations in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Registered WSHO in Singapore or equivalent.
• FSM certification or equivalent safety management credential.
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications.
• 2–5 years of relevant EHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Fire Safety & WSH Act and regulations.
• Liaise with authorities (e.g., SCDF, MOM) on safety matters.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain safety documentation, records and reporting requirements.
• Lead safety trainings, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns.
• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses and implement CAPAs.
• Develop and oversee Emergency Response Plans and drills.
