Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Singapore is seeking a Security Engineer III to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cryptographic infrastructure and Hardware Security Modules across critical payment operations.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define standards, manage cloud KMS, and ensure resiliency, data protection, and auditability while applying AI-assisted security practices in the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, data science or related fields.
• Formal training or certification in security infrastructure engineering for HSMs.
• 3+ years of applied experience with Hardware Security Modules and high-availability infra.
• Experience with Linux/Unix in enterprise environments and cryptography basics.
• Hands-on with OpenSSL and certificate-based auth.
• Expertise in public cloud KMS and cloud-based HSM solutions.
• Familiarity with Terraform for secure infra management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Hardware Security Module solutions across platforms.
• Develop architectural diagrams, runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Define infrastructure standards and security controls aligned with policies.
• Utilize AI-assisted capabilities to accelerate security analysis and documentation.
• Manage migration and consolidation of HSM infrastructure with minimal disruption.
• Troubleshoot infra and HSM issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in risk assessments, audits, and incident response activities.
• Apply payment process knowledge to infrastructure design and resiliency.
