Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HSE Manager to lead client site safety programs across regions, translating standards into practical field guidance. You will manage audits, investigations, training governance, and incident response with a focus on continuous improvement and client-facing execution.

You will drive escalation management, coordinate with Legal, HR, and Global HSE, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while supporting high-risk engagements and site readiness across multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent field experience in HSE, Industrial Hygiene, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading audits, investigations, and corrective action programs.
• Experience supporting high risk industries or complex client environments.
• Strong client facing communication and escalation management skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading regional programs, portfolios, or multi-site operations.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
• English language proficiency.
• Professional certification (CSP or international equivalents).
• 7-10 years of progressive HSE experience with field or client site work.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize client site and offsite HSE programs across regions, accounts, or portfolios.
• Translate enterprise HSE standards and client safety requirements into practical field execution guidance.
• Ensure consistent audits, inspections, training validation, and incident response processes.
• Own training governance, contractor safety controls, and site readiness processes.
• Act as HSE lead for client accounts or regions and support client safety requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify gaps and contribute to global tools, templates, and guidance.
• Champion safety culture and continuous improvement across regions.
