Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HSE Specialist to develop and implement safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance at our sites in Singapore.

This permanent, full-time role requires conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, providing HSE training, and monitoring KPIs while liaising with authorities and supporting audits. A minimum of 4 years in HSE and knowledge of Singapore regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of HSE experience, preferably in gas industry.
• Good knowledge of Singapore workplace safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programmes in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and workplace inspections.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide HSE training and guidance to employees and operational teams.
• Monitor HSE KPIs, compliance status, and prepare reports for management.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and support audits, approvals, and certifications.
• Oversee environmental, waste management, and pollution prevention activities.
• Lead safety campaigns, committees, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform Safety Coordinator duties at customer sites where required.

• Basic: $4000 - $5000 + $130 Transport Allowance

• Working Hours:

  • Mon-Thu: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Location: Pioneer West (Company Transport Provided at Jurong East)
