Overview

Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and partnering on critical initiatives such as workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and change leadership. You will also oversee employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.

The position offers great exposure to global HR teams and senior stakeholders, requiring strong influence and advisory skills. You will collaborate on regional projects and contribute to building a high-performance culture that supports business transformation.

Qualifications
