Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR generalist to support the full spectrum of HR functions, advise on policies, and partner with senior leaders to implement manpower planning and rewards strategies.

You will collaborate with the HR Centre of Excellence in delivering people development programs, change management plans, and engagement surveys, ensuring compliant and effective people practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree with 4–6 years of HR experience.
• Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist stakeholders across the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Advise on HR policies and procedures including employment legislation, talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards and engagement.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver HR initiatives such as manpower planning, budget planning and people development programs.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on policy changes and collaborate with senior leaders to execute HR initiatives.
