Job summary

You will partner with assigned business units to provide strategic and operational HR advisory support, ensuring HR practices are aligned with organisational objectives and policies. Responsibilities include advising on policies, performance management, compensation guidance, employee relations, manpower planning, and driving HR projects and programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, BA or related discipline.
• 3–5 years HR experience.
• Experience in HR business partnering and advisory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, employee relations and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
• Advise managers on compensation and benefits matters.
• Manage and resolve employee relations matters with stakeholders.
• Support manpower planning, workforce management and organisational development initiatives.
• Analyse HR trends and workforce data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to management.
• Work with stakeholders to implement HR policies and programmes.
• Drive and support HR projects and process improvements.
