Job summary

Accountant-General's Department (Singapore) is seeking an HR professional to join the Human Capital Management Directorate. You will partner with senior management to nurture an engaged and high-performing workforce while supporting strategic HR initiatives and digital transformation in public sector finance.

Responsibilities include leadership development, performance management, and workplace conduct policy administration. Relevant civil service experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant HR work experience.
• Familiarity with Civil Service policies and guidelines is an advantage.
• Experience with learning management systems and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development initiatives including coaching, mentoring and 360-degree feedback.
• Support the annual ranking and promotion cycle, target-setting and evaluation.
• Review and manage workplace conduct policies and processes.
