Job summary

Achieve Group in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead hospitality developments, overseeing planning, coordination and delivery from construction through completion.

The ideal candidate has a Civil/Architecture/Building/Construction Management degree and 8+ years’ experience managing large-scale building projects, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building / construction projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
• Hospitality, hotel, commercial, residential or other large-scale building project experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project coordination and contract administration.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, coordination and delivery of hospitality / building projects from construction through completion.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project targets.
• Oversee site progress, construction activities, quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and relevant authorities to resolve technical and site issues.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, resources and overall progress to ensure timely completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions.
• Manage project budgets, variations, procurement and cost-related matters.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements.
• Identify potential project risks and implement effective solutions to minimise delays.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
