Job summary

Manulife is seeking a post-sales service professional to manage in-force HNW policy transactions and liaise with distribution partners and internal teams. The role focuses on timely, accurate service, updates, and continuous improvement across policy servicing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree and about five years of experience, including insurance, with strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree from a recognised institution or university.
• Approximately 5 years of working experience, including ~3 years in the insurance industry.
• Strong service orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with client-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with distribution partners and internal teams on in-force HNW policy requests and post-sales transactions.
• Provide guidance to support one-touch resolution and proactive status updates.
• Maintain reports to track issues, feedback, and SLA adherence.
• Support onboarding of new banks and conduct AML verifications as required.
• Deliver operations-related training and assist with process improvements.
