SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior R&D Hardware Engineer for its Singapore R&D Competence Center, focused on sensor technology and power electronics for industrial, energy, and green mobility solutions.

You will work with international teams to design analog sensor hardware and participate in the full product lifecycle. The role requires hands-on PCB design, firmware basics in C/C++, and lab testing experience, with collaboration across universities and research institutes in a

Qualifications

Experience in PCB-based analog electronics design.
Familiar with interfaces such as I2C, SPI, RS485 and PCB CAD tools like Altium or Cadence.
Basic knowledge of MCU firmware programming in C/C++ and hands-on lab testing experience.
Self-driven team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop analog sensor and energy meter hardware, including PCB schematic and layout concepts.
Perform prototype testing, debugging, validation and support EMC/safety certification activities.
Collaborate with international R&D teams, universities, and research institutes on innovative electronics solutions.
Participate across the full product development lifecycle from design to testing and documentation.
