The role focuses on deepening relationships with major Greater China corporates expanding in ASEAN and beyond, and on connecting clients to a broad institutional banking product suite.

The successful candidate will drive senior coverage, multi-country opportunities, and a cohesive enterprise-wide approach while mentoring the next generation of Greater China coverage talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of relevant corporate banking experience, including China-linked clients.
• Strong cross-border banking experience with Mandarin proficiency.
• Extensive client coverage and origination capabilities across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Greater China intra-Asia growth strategy with focus on revenue and wallet share.
• Develop senior client coverage and origination for multi-country opportunities.
• Provide franchise leadership and mentoring to the Greater China Desks bankers.
• Coordinate strategy across countries and products to ensure enterprise-wide consistency.
