Job summary

Singtel in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Group Risk & Compliance to lead and execute initiatives across ABC and Trade Compliance, driving a robust controls framework and assurance activities.

You will collaborate with OpCos, manage risk assessments, develop trainings, and deliver periodic reports to governance bodies, ensuring timely escalation of issues and alignment with global regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Law.
• 8–10 years of working experience in a Compliance and Controls role.
• Experience in global multinational environments with US/SG/SEA exposures is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Trade Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Singtel's Group Operating Companies as assigned.
• Support ABC Compliance and Trade Compliance initiatives and implement robust controls.
• Help drive Groupwide assurance activities to mitigate risks and strengthen governance.
• Collaborate across enterprise risk management, business continuity, and insurance initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of Compliance and Controls policies and trainings.
• Establish understanding of business objectives through stakeholder engagement.
• Assist in risk assessments and reviews to identify gaps and remediation steps.
• Maintain records of activities and prepare periodic management reports.
• Escalate material risks or issues in a timely manner.
• Lead or support ad-hoc GRC projects as needed.
