Job summary

A*STAR Research is recruiting a Manager/Senior Manager for Horizon 2 within the Office of Grants Administration in Singapore. You will drive grant calls, evaluate proposals, and liaise with government stakeholders to ensure rigorous governance and timely reporting.

We seek candidates with a tertiary degree and 3–5 years in grant administration, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant professional experience.
• 3–5 years in grant administration or research funding.
• Interest in governance, policy, science and technology.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant calls, evaluation panels, and meeting logistics.
• Prepare data and KPI reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with grants management policies.
• Engage with government stakeholders and grantees.
• Organize events and roadshows for grant calls.
• Monitor budgets, milestones and early intervention issues.
