Job summary

NTUC’s e2i (Employment & Employability Institute) is seeking professionals to shape funding programme policies and grant schemes that support employment and employability outcomes in Singapore.

You will collaborate with government agencies, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure programmes stay relevant, effective and aligned with organisational objectives, contributing to policy development, governance and stakeholder engagement while supporting workers and businesses.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication abilities.
• Meticulous, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• About 3 years of experience in policy, programme management or related fields, preferably within the Singapore Public Service.
• Candidates with less relevant experience but a strong interest in policy work and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support the review, development and enhancement of funding programme policies and grant schemes.
• Assess how government funding initiatives can be integrated into organisational programmes to achieve desired outcomes.
• Partner stakeholders to implement and refine programmes, balancing policy objectives with operational needs.
• Provide policy and programme advisory support to ensure sound governance and effective fund management.
