Nutanix, Inc. is seeking aSenior Systems Engineer - Government to provide pre-sales consulting, technical guidance, and hands-on assistance to customers and partners in the APAC region. The role requires deep virtualization, container orchestration, and cloud platform experience, with the ability to lead technical evaluations and POCs.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• In-depth experience with virtualization technologies (ESXi/Hyper-V/KVM) and data center infra.
• Knowledge of Containers and Cloud Platforms / PaaS / Kubernetes.
• AI tools knowledge (e.g., vLLM, LangChain) is a plus.
• Experience with public hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, OpenStack) is advantageous.
• Hands-on scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Articulate the features and benefits of Nutanix solutions.
• Map customer business drivers to Nutanix solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in requirements discovery, solution development, and proposal stages.
• Perform product demonstrations and presentations for road shows and events.
• Manage evaluations and proofs-of-concept with sales teams or channel partners.
• Serve as interface between sales and technical staff, escalate when needed to resolve issues.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on feature requests and roadmap items.
• Report on customer accounts and field activities to Sales, PM, and Engineering.
