Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer specializing in Golang to build scalable services and AI-enabled content workflows. You will implement data pipelines, monitor system health, and collaborate with frontend, AI, data, DevOps, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of backend development experience with Golang in production
• Experience building data pipelines or large-scale data processing systems
• Experience with AI monitoring and observability tools
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks and LLM integration is a plus
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced product environment
• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Golang services, APIs, and Agent workflows for AI-generated market briefings and news updates
• Design data flows, data models, and service architecture to support content generation and distribution
• Develop high-concurrency, highly available systems for personalized content delivery with tight windows
• Monitor data quality, Agent workflow health, latency, and AI costs; optimize performance
• Own services through development, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams
