As a member of our distributed team, you’ll design, build, and operate critical systems, influence the roadmap, mentor teammates, and own features from ideation to production while embracing our remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in at least one programming language (Go preferred).
• Experience delivering end-to-end software projects in a self-driven way.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems with reliability, performance, and availability ownership.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver new features and iterate based on results.
• Own projects from ideation to production and participate in on-call rotations.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to design discussions and code reviews.
