Job summary

Seoulstart in Singapore is seeking an experienced Go backend engineer to lead development of scalable microservices and tooling. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor juniors, and raise code quality through rigorous reviews.

Qualifications

Seven+ years of software development with cross-team deliveries.
Proficient in idiomatic Go, writing testable and maintainable code.
Experience operating backend microservices with HTTP and gRPC, MySQL and Redis.
Hands-on with Kubernetes, Istio and observability tools (DataDog, Kibana, Grafana).
Collaborative mindset; proficient with Git/GitLab/CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Identify, plan, and implement AI-driven tools to reduce engineering workload.
Develop Go frameworks and libraries to help product engineers ship faster.
Contribute to architectural decisions and shape technical roadmaps for backend services.
Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
