Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in trade analytics or supply chain data analysis.
• Experience with trade management systems such as SAP and MIC and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, AI).
• Excellent knowledge of international trade regulations, tariffs, customs procedures, and global supply chain practices.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data related to international trade, tariffs, customs regulations, shipments, and trade agreements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on trade trends, costs, risks, and opportunities for senior management.
• Trade Compliance & Regulation: Monitor global trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs laws and trade agreements; collaborate with legal teams.
• Trade Strategy Support: Provide insights into tariff impacts and cost reduction opportunities; evaluate FTAs in Asia.
• System Maintenance & Data Integrity: Ensure data is accurately input into SAP/MIC and work with country managers to fix discrepancies.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with logistics, supply chain, finance, and operations to optimize data processes.
• Market Research: Research international trade trends and policy changes affecting global strategies.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting and data collection.
