Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced senior procurement leader to develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure supply continuity across a multinational environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive savings, governance, and ESG-aligned procurement practices, leveraging data analytics to optimize performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in regional procurement leadership, strategic sourcing, category management, and team management.
• Strong experience in supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align sourcing strategies, demand planning, pricing, and supply requirements with business objectives.
• Lead category strategies to optimize cost, quality, value, and supply performance; negotiate contracts and oversee supplier performance reviews.
• Ensure supply continuity through forecasting, supplier collaboration, inventory management, and contingency planning; mitigate supply chain, market, quality, and operational risks.
• Drive procurement process excellence through governance, controls, and P2P management; use data analytics to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Promote responsible sourcing practices and supplier engagement to support sustainability and ESG objectives.
