Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years experience in Fab (desirable).
• Good English skills and the ability to lead and coordinate area teams within their site.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to manufacturing capability and align with global standards.
• Lead alignment teams across sites to meet BIC standards.
• Collaborate with SITES, Procurement, Global Quality and OCT departments.
• Travel internationally as needed to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain global BKMs and SOPs for PM and SEAL systems.
• Communicate progress to area management and stakeholders.
