Job summary

Secretlab, a leading international gaming chair brand, is hiring a Marketing Associate in Singapore to drive day-to-day marketplace operations across global platforms. You will own listings, promotions, and store health while coordinating with internal teams and marketplace managers.

You will work closely with Performance Marketing and Localization to optimize campaigns, assets, and market-specific strategies, supporting growth into new marketplaces and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years' hands-on experience managing marketplaces on brand or agency side.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and performance metrics.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with multiple marketplace platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day marketplace operations including listing creation, optimization, deals, promotions, and store updates.
• Serve as main liaison with marketplace account managers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to monitor ad performance and prioritize campaigns and listings.
• Track and report marketplace performance with insights and recommendations.
• Support marketplace strategy development and expansion into new markets.
