Job summary

GovTech’s Singapore Global Network (SGN) is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer to join the Brand & Content team. You will design assets for social media, campaigns, and articles, and ensure visuals align with SGN brand guidelines.

The role includes asset management, content publishing, and cross‑team collaboration. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of experience in graphic design or related fields, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• Proficient in core design principles and visual storytelling.
• Experience with multiple formats and sizes across digital platforms.
• Ability to adapt visuals to SGN brand guidelines and campaigns.
• Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills.
• Comfort with publishing assets and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for SGN’s social media channels, website, articles, campaigns, EDMs, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Adapt key visuals and campaign assets into different formats and sizes across digital platforms.
• Support the creation of social media graphics, carousels, article thumbnails, web banners, event collaterals, and presentation decks.
• Ensure all creative outputs are visually polished, audience-appropriate, and aligned with SGN’s brand guidelines.
• Assist with simple image editing, layout adjustments, and visual clean‑up where required.
• Brand Asset Management: maintain design files, templates, and image libraries; ensure latest logos and templates are used.
• Website & Content Publishing: help upload and format articles, resize images, and check links and layouts.
• Brand, Campaign & Team Support: coordinate production tasks and provide input for brand initiatives.
