Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on GenAI
• Proven track record building production-grade GenAI apps
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of RAG, agentic workflows, tool calling and context management
• Experience integrating LLMs via APIs with backend/data sources
• Familiarity with open weight models and deployment patterns
• Strong backend skills in Python/Java
• Knowledge of API design, distributed systems and resilience
• Experience with observability, logging and tracing
• Experience with containerized deployments (Kubernetes/OpenShift)

Responsibilities

• Build and improve GenAI applications using orchestration tools
• Integrate GenAI apps with enterprise systems and APIs
• Develop agentic workflows, RAG and tool calling
• Ensure production quality with logging, tracing and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and security
