Job summary

Institute of Mental Health in Singapore is seeking a driven Senior Manager/Manager to expand our donor network and secure vital financial support. You will oversee fundraising operations and governance-related work, coordinating corporate engagements and our signature grant programmes.

You will lead stakeholder engagement with IMH departments, MOH, donors, and partners, craft compelling grant applications, manage cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement to deliver impact for

• Experience in report writing, presentation preparation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Engagement: Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, family foundations, and corporate sponsors.
• Grant Programmes Management: Develop and implement WHCF’s signature grant programmes and related initiatives.
• Fundraising Operations, Project Management, and Strategic Initiatives: Oversee fundraising operations, governance work, and programme reviews.
• General stakeholder and Partnership Management: Build relationships with IMH departments, MOH, and external partners.
