Job summary

Linnovate Partners, a leading fintech firm in asset servicing, is seeking an experienced fund accounting leader in Singapore. You will manage a team of fund accountants delivering high-quality reports to external clients and oversee seamless fund administration services.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting/finance, preferably in venture capital or private equity, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in VC/PE.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with fund accounting systems (Investran, eFront, Allvue or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of fund accountants to deliver high-quality reports to external clients
• Review and deliver seamless fund administration services.
• Handle accounting for venture capital and private equity funds, including transaction processing and fee calculations.
• Review various reports and support clients with audit inquiries.
• Engage in continuous learning and development within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Participate in strategic planning and review to continuously improve processes and the team’s performance.
