This role combines technical accounting expertise with client relationship management and operational leadership, focusing on servicing investment-related entities including funds, fund managers and family offices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in accounting or fund administration environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Understanding MAS regulatory requirements in investment structures.
• Experience managing a client portfolio and reviewing financial statements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and cloud accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team and client management for investment-related entities.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and practical business solutions.
• Support fund administration development, policies, SOPs and quality controls.
• Mentor team on fund accounting and administration matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated services.
• Oversee onboarding of fund administration clients.
• Review fund accounting and financial reporting prepared by the team.
