INTIME ACCOUNTING PTE. LTD.

in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting and fund administration professional to lead the accounting team and grow the fund administration practice, servicing investment-related entities including funds and family offices. The role combines technical accounting, client relationship management and operational leadership, with responsibility for policies, workflows and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years in accounting or fund administration, preferably in professional services.
• Experience with fund administration and investment-related entities.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements relating to investment structures and fund administration is advantageous.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing financial statements.
• Strong leadership, communication and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud accounting software (Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO in managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, including investment-related entities, family offices, fund managers and corporate clients.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and practical business solutions to the team and clients.
• Support the firm in managing key client relationships and resolving technical accounting matters.
• Support the firm in developing and expanding Fund Administration policies, workflows and SOPs.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship and training to the Accounting team on fund accounting matters.
• Review fund accounting and financial reporting work and provide technical guidance where required.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements and best practices relating to fund administration.
• Support onboarding of fund administration clients and oversee implementation of processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated accounting, tax, payroll, company secretarial and fund administration solutions.
• Assist in evaluating, implementing and enhancing fund administration systems and processes.
• Develop relationships with fund managers, family offices and investment firms to strengthen capabilities.
