Job summary

Singapore Land Authority is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to architect and implement end-to-end solutions—from sophisticated user interfaces to scalable backend services and APIs. You will lead frontend development with Next.js, design robust backend services with Java Spring Boot/Node.js Express, and deliver cloud-native solutions on AWS.

You will own API contracts and champion best practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with fullstack capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Next.js and React patterns.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and RESTful APIs/microservices.
• Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, EC2, S3).
• SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and code quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex frontend applications using Next.js for high performance and reusability.
• Design and develop backend services with Java Spring Boot and/or Node.js Express.
• Architect responsive, accessible user interfaces and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Own API contracts across the stack and collaborate with UX/design teams.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure production stability.
