Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape and build MiniApp Platform capabilities, onboarding, configuration, review, release and operation. You will work across the developer portal and backend services, lead technical decisions, and guide the team toward reliable self-service experiences.

You will report to the Software Engineering Manager and be based onsite at the Grab One North office. The role emphasizes scalable portal experiences, API design, reliability and collaboration

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript and React.
• Experience designing, building and operating scalable APIs, distributed services, databases and cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of observability, production troubleshooting and reliability engineering practices.
• Experience designing secure, well-tested and maintainable systems across the full stack.
• Ability to drive design decisions, review complex changes and mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable portal experiences, backend services and APIs for the MiniApp Platform.
• Lead self-service capabilities to reduce manual work and improve developer experience.
• Drive automation across MiniApp onboarding, configuration, review and release workflows.
• Strengthen platform reliability and observability with telemetry, dashboards and tooling.
• Mentor engineers and evolve engineering practices across the team.
• Partner with product, design, mobile, backend and infra teams to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
