Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a senior/lead full‑stack engineer to own the technical health of All Ears and the supporting products. You will work across languages and codebases, from legacy to modern stacks, shaping architecture and leading migrations.

You will deliver fixes, patches, and monitoring, while defining code review and testing standards and mentoring engineers. Collaboration with GovTech and MOE stakeholders is essential for aligned priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on full stack software engineering.
• Senior or lead role experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with React/TypeScript and backend APIs.

Responsibilities

• Anchor the portfolio technically across multiple languages and codebases.
• Deliver bug fixes, security patches, and monitoring.
• Lead migrations and coordinate legacy retirement.
• Set standards for code review, testing, and releases.
• Keep runbooks and architecture notes up to date.
• Coordinate with GovTech engineers, product staff, and MOE stakeholders.
