Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable software in an agile setting. You will craft user stories, develop test cases, and collaborate closely with product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.

Expect peer design/code reviews, research of new tech, and end-to-end ownership from development to production deployment. The role requires hands-on experience with Spring Boot, API development, and modern frontend tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Spring boot and API development.
• Strong Agile with CI/CD/TDD/BDD practices.
• Experience in software development across teams.
• Frontend frameworks such as React/Next/Angular.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS.
• Experience with Atlassian tooling.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop user stories, test cases, and solutions in an agile environment.
• Code through testing, deployment, and production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners on use stories and tests.
• Provide technical reviews and mentor team members.
• Prepare architecture and high/low level design documents.
