Open Government Products (OGP) is seeking a Senior / Lead Software Engineer to join the HealthTech team in Singapore. You will design and build scalable full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

We value autonomy, collaboration, and fast iteration in a public-sector context, with a focus on patient care improvements and health system efficiency.

You'll mentor engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and help ship high-quality software that serves public good.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software teams in healthtech or public-sector projects.
• Strong hands-on skills across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices, CI/CD, and secure software development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure software across the tech stack.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to deliver user-centric healthtech solutions.
• Identify and implement solutions ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency.
