Job summary

Rida.ai seeks a senior, hands-on full-stack engineer to build AI-powered field and delivery services across AIDA and the wider platform in Singapore. You will extend production systems, APIs and operational applications to enable reliable AI-driven decisions and workflows.

You will thrive at building new products while improving existing production software, with a strong emphasis on frontend Vue.js, backend APIs, and secure, scalable design.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional full-stack software-engineering experience.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong practical experience with Vue.js and Node.js.
• Experience designing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong PostgreSQL and data-modelling knowledge.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting production systems on AWS.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, logging, monitoring and production incident resolution.
• Good understanding of application and cloud security, including authentication, access control, secrets management, encryption and protection of sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Build and improve backend services, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs and webhooks.
• Design reliable application workflows and PostgreSQL data models.
• Integrate with messaging platforms, customer systems and third-party services.
• Work on production applications deployed on AWS.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across frontend, backend, database and infrastructure layers.
• Improve application architecture, automated testing, observability and deployment reliability.
• Apply secure development practices across authentication, permissions, secrets, APIs and sensitive customer data.
• Work closely with product, operations and commercial teams to translate real operational requirements into scalable software.
• Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, incident response and technical planning.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve engineering speed and quality.
