Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant to define the technical architecture and lead delivery across multiple workstreams. You will coordinate with product owners, DevSecOps and agency stakeholders to drive modernisation of legacy systems.

The role requires leading engineering standards, mentoring teams, and planning migration sequencing and cutover while delivering secure, cloud-native solutions on AWS with containerised workloads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript.
• Backend: Golang and/or Kotlin.
• DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Cloud: AWS architecture and services.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace or Datadog.
• Experience migrating or modernising legacy systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure modern cloud-native applications.
• Build responsive web frontends using ReactJS, TypeScript and Next.js.
• Develop backend services and APIs in Golang and/or Kotlin.
• Set up secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Implement security controls and identity integrations (OIDC, SAML).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and deploy to Kubernetes (EKS).
• Instrument applications with Dynatrace or Datadog for observability.
• Support production deployments and incident resolution.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Senior Consultant: define the technical architecture and target state for the modernised platform.
• Senior Consultant: lead delivery across multiple workstreams with product owners and DevSecOps.
• Senior Consultant: provide strategic technical guidance and mentor team members.
• Senior Consultant: plan legacy-to-modern migration with sequencing and cutover.
