Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers to modernise a large-scale digital platform by migrating legacy systems to cloud-native, containerised architectures on AWS.

Successful candidates will own end-to-end development spanning frontend, backend, cloud infra, security integration, deployment, and production support, with Senior Consultant expected to define architecture, lead multiple workstreams, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on full stack development for Consultant level.
• 7+ years for Senior Consultant, with leadership or architecture experience.
• Experience in legacy modernization or cloud migration is a strong plus.
• Experience on large-scale enterprise or public sector projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and target-state solutions for platform modernisation.
• Lead technical delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with product owners,DevSecOps teams, and stakeholders.
• Develop migration strategies including planning, risk management, and cutover.
• Establish engineering standards and provide guidance; mentor juniors.
