Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead (.NET) to design architecture, lead delivery, and mentor engineering teams. You will drive end-to-end development, CI/CD pipelines, and production support in a fast-paced finance-oriented environment.

The role requires deep expertise in MS SQL Server, REST/SOAP, and cloud platforms, with strong communication, Agile/Scrum and DevOps experience.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of full-stack development experience using MS SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON and WSDL.
• Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (advantage).
• Containerization with Docker (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Ability to present technical concepts and maintain UML diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience in eBanking, Payments or Cash Management is a strong plus.
• Exposure to production support and BAU activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine technical architecture based on project context and business requirements.

• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Deliver clean, fully tested, high-quality code.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and maintain end-to-end monitoring tools.
• Provide technical documentation and accurate effort estimation.
• Guide and mentor developers on coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Support applications in production, including incident analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate test strategy and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in Agile and DevOps practices across project lifecycles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments
• Comfortable presenting technical concepts (Tech Talks is a plus)
• Proficiency with UML and technical documentation
• Experience in eBanking, Payments, or Cash Management systems is a strong plus
• Exposure to support & BAU (Business As Usual) activities is preferred
