You will travel to Micron sites as needed, apply AI-assisted tools, and contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and robust problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in a process-related role in semiconductor industry.
• Bachelors/Masters/PhD in EE, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics and Chemical.
• Good logical thinking and knowledge in semiconductor fabrication process flows and their effect on yield, device performance and reliability.
• Experience with DRAM and NAND operation and structure to decipher data from front-end and backend processes.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive best-in-class product maturity including bits per wafer (yield) and repair density and DPM at fast speed.
• Understand FEOL, MOL, CELL, BEOL processes to identify optimum integration solutions.
• Collaborate with YE, Device, RDA, Metrology to resolve yield issues and enable fast ramp.
• Identify best-known methods and standardize across the network DRAM/NAND sites.
• Travel to Micron sites as necessary for collaboration.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by testing and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
