Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Process Integration Module Engineer to coordinate improvements in yield, quality and output for DRAM/NAND processes. You will collaborate with PI/YE/PQA/PEE teams, design experiments, analyze data and lead cross-area engineering efforts to achieve best-in-class results.

The role involves working with global partners, possible travel to Micron sites, and a focus on process benchmarking and BKMs to standardize methods across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering (Materials, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical or related).
• Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Leadership experience with demonstrated impact is desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional network teams to improve yields and reliability within the process loop.
• May require travel to global Micron sites to foster collaboration and drive execution.
• Communicate module related issues to Fab engineering and leadership teams.
• Design, execute and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield and quality.
• Collect and interpret complex data to optimize Fab processes and increase yields.
• Engage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to tackle process issues.
• Work with global partners to stay ahead of module topics and process alignment projects.
• Drive business process alignment across modules and fabs.
