Job summary

CITIBANK N.A. in Singapore seeks a senior frontend developer to design, build and maintain web apps used by the Equity Derivatives technology team. You will collaborate with front office, operations, product teams to deliver scalable, secure interfaces and improve user experience.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years of experience with React and TypeScript, deep Redux RTK, Cypress, Vitest, and strong CSS; experience with Node.js and Java Spring is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5-6 years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• In-depth knowledge of React, Redux, RTK, Cypress and Storybook.
• Extensive experience with Cypress and Vitest with focus on test driven development.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript including complex types.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web apps using React and TypeScript, ensuring high quality, clean and maintainable code.
• Manage application state using Redux and Redux Toolkit.
• Ensure high test coverage by writing unit tests (Vitest) and integration tests (Cypress).
• Write and maintain a suite of reusable UI components across Trade Management web apps.
• Contribute to overall architecture and front end patterns.
• Perform code reviews and promote quality and testability.
• Plan and schedule own work with minimal supervision.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define feature requirements and deliver impactful product releases.
• Collaborate to foster a constructive team culture and adaptability.
• Serve as advisor or coach to junior analysts
