Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior frontend developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript in a Singapore-based environment.

You will build reusable UI components, integrate RESTful APIs, and collaborate with backend teams to ensure robust data contracts and application architecture. The role emphasizes accessibility, performance, and clean, maintainable code in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of React hooks, context, and component architecture

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend teams
• Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, ESLint, and Git tools

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of frontend development experience, with strong hands-on experience in React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of React hooks, context, component architecture, and reusable UI development.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend development teams.
• Familiarity with frontend development tools such as Vite, Webpack, ESLint, and Git.
• Experience writing unit tests and maintaining clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a project environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
• Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Ant Design or Material UI.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, internal platforms, or government systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and frontend performance optimisation.
• Previous experience working in Agile development teams.
