Qualifications

• At least 10 years of software development experience.
• Deep Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Electronic Trading exposure.
• Hands-on in high-throughput, event-driven designs using Kafka and distributed datastores.
• Strong RESTful APIs and WebSocket knowledge.
• Proven experience leading agile engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical direction and architecture for a core execution platform.
• Lead a high-performance development squad and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, quants, and tech leads to translate business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end feature delivery with CI, testing, and release practices.
• Drive low-latency data processing and real-time web application optimizations.
