Job summary

Offshore Frontier Solutions is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to ensure offshore FPSO systems are installed, tested, and handed over safely. You will lead pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, manage the tech team, and coordinate with Construction, Operations and third-party services.

The role covers site execution, offshore startup, and adherence to HSEQ standards, with a focus on process safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or technical certificate.
• Track record of commissioning at least 2 FPSO projects; minimum 6 years EPC.
• Experience in offshore oil and gas or FPSO projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Blue Beam, and PDF writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and review commissioning procedures and deliverables.
• Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and supervise the tech team.
• Manage PTW, interfaces with Construction and Operations.
• Verify performance, obtain Class certification, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate third party services and ensure safety compliance.
