Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Management Reporting, Planning & Analysis professional to shape the bank's financial future. You will work with stakeholders to drive growth, identify improvement opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve goals in a challenging, rewarding role requiring strong analytics, business acumen, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in management planning and analysis or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, and experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Tagetik a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
