Job summary

AIA Investment Management is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A in Singapore to act as a trusted finance business partner to investment and front-office teams. You will support planning, analysis, and decision-making, driving effective budgeting and forecasting and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 8 years of FP&A, finance business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience in investment management or financial services is highly desirable; knowledge of investment management finance is an advantage.
• Strong financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Anaplan, Power BI, and dashboard development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance business partner to investment and front-office teams, supporting planning and strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting cycles and management reporting; manage Anaplan-driven processes and monthly close activities.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and analyses to support senior leadership decisions and performance review materials.
• Drive FP&A continuous improvement, automation, and data analytics initiatives in collaboration with Group Finance and CIO/COO.
