Job summary

Ingram Micro Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and closing processes. The role reports to the CFO and collaborates with regional finance teams to standardize reporting and drive informed business decisions.

The incumbent will analyze data, manage budgets, monitor KPIs and provide insights for resource allocation. Strong ERP and BI tool proficiency (SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, OneStream) and Excel fluency are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
CFA qualification would be an added advantage.
Preferable from IT industry in distributor environment.
Proficient in SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, Smart View, OneStream.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis and reporting including trend and cost/benefit analyses.
Manage information systems and navigate data structures to support decision-making.
Lead budget and strategic planning processes, forecast and discuss operating performance.
Execute project management to optimize resource use and status reporting.
Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet, working capital; support month/year-end closing.
Collaborate with CFO, finance team and regional/Corp FP&A for standardized reporting.
