• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations including HACCP.
• Identify production issues and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in production facilities.
• Prepare production reports and communicate results to upper management.
• Ensure prompt and high-quality preparation across all food areas.
