The Role

As the APAC Account Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of key accounts within the Asia-Pacific region. You will lead a team dedicated to developing and maintaining high-profile partnerships, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service. Your leadership will guide the team in executing strategic initiatives, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams toward achieving strategic objectives.

  • Proven experience in staffing, training, and performance management is highly desirable.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant facilities management experience (a combination of education and experience will also be considered).
