Job summary

Dyson in Singapore leads fluid dynamics, thermodynamics and sensing technology within Technology Systems. You will own projects from early concept through to production readiness, delivering analytical studies, tests and CFD simulations while actively mitigating technical risk.

The role requires a Bachelor in Fluid Dynamics/Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years in mechanical product analysis, strong CFD skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Fluid Dynamics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years in mechanical product analysis and development.
• Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics and CFD.
• Experience with thermal measurement techniques or sensing tech is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead fluid and thermodynamics work for assigned projects from concept to production readiness.
• Define performance specifications and validate via analytical studies, testing and CFD.
• Actively manage technical risks with timely mitigations.
• Address FRACAS issues through systematic analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Support growth of test and simulation capabilities and broader business goals.
